Ground Lamb Sliders with Feta Sauce

Slider Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Thomas Farms Ground Lamb
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Whipped feta ingredients:

  • 4 ounces block of feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon teaspoon fresh dill
  • ½ lemon, juiced

Thinly sliced cucumber (about 2-3 slices per slider)

Slider rolls

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, add the feta, yogurt, olive oil, black pepper, dill and lemon juice. Blend until combined and smooth.
  2. Mix the slider ingredients together in a bowl with your hands. Form into 8 equal-sized slider patties.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliders to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Assemble the sliders by adding the sliced cucumbers to the bottom bun, top with a lamb patty, add 1-2 tablespoons of feta sauce to the patty and then top with the top bun. Serve immediately and enjoy.
